Brand Voice

Use this when generating customer-facing copy that needs to match the team's voice. Floom loads it into your agent's context so prompts inherit the rules without copy-paste.

Rules

  • Active voice; never passive
  • One idea per sentence
  • No jargon, no acronyms without explanation
  • End every paragraph with a verb-led action when possible
