# Weekly Report

Pull together the weekly investor update. Sources:
- Recent commits merged to `main` since last Monday
- GitHub stars gained + notable PR activity
- MRR delta pulled from Stripe (current vs 7 days ago)
- Notable customer wins from the #wins channel

## Output format

1. **TL;DR**, one line, the single most important number
2. **Shipped**, bullet list, plain language, no jargon
3. **Metrics**, stars, MRR, active workspaces (with deltas)
4. **Asks**, anything the team needs from investors

Keep it under 200 words. Write like a human, not a press release.
Sign off as "The Floom team", never an individual.

# reference.md, tone & formatting rules

## Voice
Warm, direct, specific. Short sentences. Numbers over adjectives.
Never "we're excited to announce", just say what happened.

## Numbers
Always show the delta in parentheses, e.g. "412 stars (+38)".
Round MRR to the nearest hundred. Never fabricate a metric, 
if a source is unavailable, write "n/a this week" and move on.

## Forbidden
- Hype words: revolutionary, game-changing, thrilled, blazing
- Em dashes (use commas or colons)
- Passive voice in the Shipped section

## Slack vs Notion
Slack: no headers, use bold + bullets only.
Notion: full headers, callout block for the TL;DR.
